Hi.
We have a secure CUCM 12.5 cluster.
We managed to encrypt with Secure Profiles each and every single phone model apart from ATA187.
The ATA187 has the latest firmware 9-2-3-1.
I have attached a Picture with the packet capture that shows the error when encrypting the ATA in CUCM 12.5.
We also tried to encrypt the same exact ATA with the same Firmware but in CUCM 10.5 and the encryption was successful.
I have also attached a Picture with the packet capture that shows a successful encryption of the ATA in CUCM 10.5.
In Black color is the IP phone IP and in red color is the CUCM IP.
Has anyone seen this kind of error in CUCM 12.5?
Can someone help me?
