Hi,
We have deployed Cisco Attendant Console Standard 10.5 with CUCM 8.6, over Windows 7. And we have the following issues:
- Call control error when trying to transfer a call that was answered on the cisco ip phone, and that call is not showed as answered on CUACS. Even if the call is established, it cannot be transfered using CUACS, then a call control error is displayed on screen.
The error in spanish is: "La accion de control de llamada no dio resultado. Se ha producido un error al ejecutar la acción de control de llamada."
- When several calls are received on CUACS screen, it become difficult to transfer with consult a call that is established. System became freezed or blocked, until call is dropped or terminated.
The config for this operation is a normal hunt group, with circular distribution algorithm and 30 seg on RNA Reversion Timeout. We have two phones with CUACS and each phones has two lines on the line group members.
