i have configured auto attendand on ccme.here when someone calls to auto attendant number at office hours receptionist phone number should ring,after office hours it should go to auto attendant .but in my configuration both office hours and after office hours it directly goes to auto attendant.does any one know how to configure this?

Can you please share the auto attendant script?
I think script is not directing the number properly to receptionist's number.
In Office hours it should redirect and in after office hours it should go to auto attendant.
Please check the script if it doesn't work properly then please modify accordingly.

There is no time of day routing in CCME, so you will need to build a schedule in CUE and build the logic in the AA script to route to proper destination.

To support Business hours and Holiday schedule on B-ACD/AA with the need to configure CUE, you can use my modfied script available at the website mentioned in my profile.
