hi
i have cucm integrated with cisco unity connection
i would like to configure auto attendant (AA) to realize this scenario:
if i call for ex: 999 i get auto attendant and then it ask me
to get sell service press 4000 , to get technical service press 4001 .. (4XXX ard Directory numbers used locally)
please help me if this scenario is it possible ?? and the configuration required
i have never configured that

Yes, all you need to configure is the call handler to do that, that's it, maybe check the option "Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers" if the range is not configured in CUC, and adjust the CSS in CUCM and restriction tables in CUC if necessary.
How to configure a simple AA has been covered hundreds and hundreds of times before at CSC, you can simply search if you need further instructions.
