Hi All,
I have just created a new 10.0.0.97023-5 Call Manager for our in house dev testing in which one of the area's we focus on is AXL Connections. However I have just noticed that although the service claims to be up and running when browsing to http://CMIP/AXL I get;
type: Status report
message:
description: http.599
I've not come accross this error and can't find much about it online to even being troubleshooting. I have done simple things like restarting the service and even the call manager OS itself but no success, anyone came across this and have any tips on how to troubleshoot this error?

Hi,
599 status code means Network connect timeout error.
So are you sure that the service really runs?

Martin

Well under Feature Services it shows AXL Service as Started/Activated and running for 5 days now. If there is a better/more reliable place to check let me know.
Also to add that we feared there may have been an issue with the build so completely rebuilt the call manager and still have the same issue. We are now downloading a later version of 10 to check if there may be a bug that hasnt been reported yet.

Unsure if you solved this problem but for the long-term record: I get a 599 error from AXL when I request a database version that isn't supported anymore. In the SOAP header you put what database type you're expecting (e.g. "CUCM:DB ver=7.0") and your CUCM server may not support that version.
HTH.
