My customer has a unity 4.0.5 and wants to know what backup software he can use. I once was able to find the list of backup software that cisco posted but cannot find it anymore. Where can I find this list? Thanks in advance!

Check out the following regarding supported Backup software.
And the following for backup procedures.
Though you may want to push for a DiRT backup which will back up all the different pieces of Unity. Much easier if you ask me.

Those were the links I found too. Thanks Dan! Another question. Does DIRT provide an option for scheduled backups? I thought it doesn't but just checking. My customer wants a scheduled backup to store off-box. Can I do that with DIRT? Thanks in advance!

Yes you can run a scheduled backup with DiRT, it actually uses the Windows scheduler. Check out the backup procedure overview at

The only thing is that you have to make sure that you have the right permissions set in order to backup to an offbox location.
