I'm trying to batch update phones with 7916 sidecars. Call Manager 8.x will export data that includes the attached 7965 IP Phone and all related 7916 BLF information regarding Name, ASCII Name, & Directory Numbers. However, I am not able to determine an avenue to import data to update a 7916 sidecar. No import process seems to offer 7916 BLF fields for importing. The customer application is a frequent need to change the BLFs as departments move and change. While the manual process works, it's labor intensive.
