Dear Support Community, We have unused licenses of Essential 9.1. We need to upgrade these Essential licenses to Enhanced. Is there any way to upgrade the licenses. Or if we can remove these licenses. Please guide.

Does anyone know the root cause of a modem that answers but their is no handshake with their modem? This an upgrade of a VG248 to VG320.  The extension does show that it is registered to the CUCM server. thanks-ln
