Hi,
After reading the BE6K Co-Res rules I couldnt establish if running MS Exchange or/and Active Directory co-resident is supported.
Can anyone clear it up definitively?

You need to read all the info regarding co-res and see the co-res policy of the apps you'll deploy to get that answer:
Application Co-residency Support Policy
co-res policyof apps is here:

Because there's no straight answer, that's why you need to review those links to get it, it depends on each deployment.
Basically:
Do all the UC apps you'll deploy say that the co-res policy is full??
Do you have enough resources to not oversubscribe CPU/RAM??
Is the VM count below what your server supports???
No more than 3 x 3rd party apps (of any kind)??
If the answer to all those is yes, and assuming whatever you want to get is supported on the same ESXi version as Cisco UC, then yes, you can install.
If the policy is restricted, see additional considerations.
