Big License Organization Task

I have a big tub of Software License Claim certificates that I need to sort through and see which of our three CUCMs they belong to, and which haven't been used yet. What would be the quickest way to figure out where they've been used?

Any push in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Barcode scanner to excel.. then send to licensing@cisco.com to have them validate what is used, etc

What do the numbers look like that I'm looking for?

Scan it in and it should give the SO/PO, etc. licensing@cisco.com will then reference and look to see if the PAK key has been used yet. Usually the outside envelop has all the info in the barcode.
