Is there still no intention of fixing this bug? This makes the self care portal useless for our organization and, unfortunately, we had to find this out the hard way after rolling it out.

Can I translate this as "we do not intend fixing that"? CUCM is pure wasting of time, the simplest task requires dozens of operations.
