Call Charges when using Single Number Reach

Hi All,

We have setup Single number reach for staff on our CUCM 7.1.5 telephony system and I have been asked who is charged when a call answered on a remote destination.

External party calls in office number, they are charged for that call. If your CUCM has SNR enabled it will extend the outbound call to remote device through your voice gateway and you will be charged for that if call is answered at a remote device, as that call is extended by CUCM.
