Possibly related to network or circuit instability, but difficult to say without understanding a bit more about the issue. How do you know for sure that CUCM is sending the disconnect?
If it occurs on external calls, would advise you to take debugs from your voice gateway. If it's ISDN, debug isdn q931 and debug voip ccapi inout or if it's SIP then debug ccsip messages is a good place to start.
