Call dropped with reason Q.850 cause =41 temporary failure

Hello all,

Sometimes  i have a call dropped   from  external call,  sometimes no , when i checked call trace on RTMT i found :

The  call dropped with reason Q.850 cause =41 temporary failure , sending by cucm .

Could you please to explain me why i have this error ? and the solution to solve it .

Possibly related to network or circuit instability, but difficult to say without understanding a bit more about the issue. How do you know for sure that CUCM is sending the disconnect?

If it occurs on external calls, would advise you to take debugs from your voice gateway. If it's ISDN, debug isdn q931 and debug voip ccapi inout or if it's SIP then debug ccsip messages is a good place to start. If you need a bit of help with deciphering them, by all means post it up here and you'll get plenty of assistance.
