Call failure from UCCX to CUC

Dears 

 

Please suggest to resolve below issue

 

I have configured UCCX script to Transfer after hours calls to CUC. I have used Call consult transfer in the script. 

So we have two scenario:-

 

1st condition:--Calling internally (Calling from CUCM registered extension) :-Calling is hitting to CTI RP and reaching to uccx and script runs. If it is a after hour call ,call will go to CUC  and calling party can leave voice message. It is working fine.

I have checked Port Monitoring in CUC and found something. Image is attached (Image port-Monitor-Internal)

 

2nd Condition: Calling from PSTN number: Calling is hitting CUBE ->CUCM>UCCX>CUC... It just reaching to CUC and calling party can hear the message " Record your message" then disconnecting immediately .

I have checked Port Monitoring in CUC and found something. Image is attached (Image port-Monitor-External)

 

Then i found some work around .I Checked " Enable Digest Authentication Nonce Validity Time(mins)* under SIP trunk security profile (See attached Image) and applied in  CUCM-CUC SIP Trunk ,then issue got resolved. But once i checked this " Enable Digest Authentication Nonce Validity Time(mins)* , call redirection from CUC to CUCM stopped working .( we have auto attendant configured in CUC and calling party can dial extension during the prompt. So when calling party dial party dial the extension, it doesn't reach CUCM).

 

(CUC Auto attendant call flow: Voice gateway->Connection plar->:CUCM>CUC ).

 

Kindly suggest the changes for permanent fix .
