In the situations when Data center's hosting CUCM+Unity Connection with Centralized SIP trunks is lost and remote sites register to SRST with Local PRI for Outbound/Inbound. Is it possible to leave new voice mail messages (in case of no answer) on Data Center Unity connection (when WAN is down) via SRST-PRI Trunk outbound to CUCM-SIP Trunk as Inbound calls towards Unity connection.

Yes, you will need to ensure though that RDNIS is available on the PRI and that the SIP trunk gets the RDNIS as diversion header, basically under SRST you configure voicemail to a PSTN DID number which is terminated in the data center and then in CUCM configure the number to point to UCXN, the importance of the RDNIS/Diversion header is to preserve the originally dialed number before the call was redirected to the central DID so that the call can be redirected to actual user's mailbox.

Wish list is always long, is it possible to have Message waiting indication as well on user phone in this scenario.
