I have a user with this Scenario - CUCM 8.6, CUC 8.6
Route Pattern: 5000 -------> h.323 gateway (cisco ios router) -------> ipv4 dial peer -------> h.323 IVR system
If you call 5000 from an IP phone, all options on the IVR work well
The h323 router above also contains an MGCP controlled PRI, if you call in to the main auto attendant (Unity Connection call handler) and choose option 2, it is set to release to switch transfer to 5000 - it transfers you all the way to the IVR and then enters 2 for you... I dont understand how that '2' is following the call.

Hello,
Does the router has a inbound CSS that can reach the CTI ports and CTI route points ?

Yes, the CSS is correct and the call flows all the way to the IVR system, but for some reason the '2' that was pressed in the call handler as caller input is repeated to the IVR

Found the issue in dtmf relay of the h323 gw
