Call Manager 5.1 to view how many times users logs into the system

I have assigned role to different users.i need to know who have been logged into the system.I know in windows i can see from the logs generated.Is this possible in 5.x ?

You can look at the LoginTime field to see if a user is actively logged in. Also since the LoginUserid field is shared with the "owner user" option on the device configuration page, so it being populated doesn't mean a user is logged in.
