We are currently having issue with the Cisco Call Manager Business Edition, for our client.
We can not access the GUI remotely, and we do not have the console password to log in locally.
We need to rebuild the server, but we could not locate the original CD/DVD of the current bootable file (version 6.0.1.3000-7) of the device.
The Cisco download site is prompting us that we need Cisco UCSS license together with the contract number to be able to dowmload the software.
Please how do we sort this out since we currently have smartnet on this
device?
please advice and guide me.
