hello

i have a cisco ip phone module 7911 with a 2005 ios ... my  company's call manager is version 8 and it seems that it does not support that ip phones's ios version ... what can i do to the company's call manager to make ios 2005 operational with that call manager???

IOS is what you run on an ISR, 28XX, 29XX, 38XX, 39XX etc.

Do you mean you have an old firmware on the phone, from 2005??

You'll have to mention exactly what FW version you're running to get any assistance.

If you're an end user, you might want to reach to your voice admin to do this task.
