Hi,
We're trying to do a bulk update to lines to enable call recording via the BAT tool. When we select the three options, Automatic Call Recording, Call Recording Profile and CSS for the monitor, the BAT fails with the error: Recording is not supported on the device where this line appears.
We've tried limiting the search down to a few phones which are the same model but the same result.
Any ideas?

What model phones are you trying to update, do they have the built in bridge (BIB) option on them and if it does is it enabled?

Phone model is 7975 and they do, some users use CBarge
