I can access a customer callmanager but inside the menus don't work.
I can't move in any menu, but I can access and enter the call manager

Are you using the built-in admin account?
Have you tried different browsers?
What version is this?

Does this only happen to you or are other users having the same issue? If this is happening to multiple users that should have access you will probably need to restart Tomcat from the CLI (utils service restart Cisco Tomcat). If this is only happening to you have another user verify your End User permissions on the cluster or use the local admin account to verify.
