The customer wants to deploy CUCM8.5 and UCCE 8.0(x) with IVR 8.0(x). But when we checked the compatibility mtrix, Cisco documentation provides us conflict information:
The following table shows CUCM8.5 can work with IVR 8.0(2)SU2;
But from another table, it shows the UCCE and IVR requires 8.5(1).
Can anyone please point which one is correct, and which version UCCE/IVR we need for working with CUCM 8.5?
Is there anyone having the same scenario and they work?
I would trust the information posted here
That means that for the enterprise you need to go to 8.5 in order to support CUCM 8.5
For the IPIVR you either need to have 8.0(2)SU2 or higher
