I have the same problem, Jabber discovers the services over MRA, but cannot sign in. If I enter wrong password, it gives me "Wring password". The command xConfiguration did not help. Please, help!!

What happens if you try to login with the wrong password?
What is the Expressway version you are running?

From the X8.8 on, reverse DNS is required to be properly configured.
You have the same symptom I got myself a couple of days ago.
As a workaround you can disable reverse DNS verification running the command on both Exp-E and Exp-C:
xConfiguration XCP TLS Certificate CVS EnableCvs: Off

Andre,
Thank you!
This temp fix worked for me so I could keep services up until my server admins update the DNS records for reverse lookup.
xConfiguration XCP TLS Certificate CVS EnableCvs: Off
