I recently ran into the issue of the CUCM database becoming corrupted and thus being unable to access the CUCM using the VM that came installed. So, I had to rebuild the CUCM VM. However, after rebuilding the VM, I do not have the license installed. I have tried logging in to the Cisco Prime License Manager GUI page on the newly built CUCM VM but every log in I try fails. When I enter "license management list users" I get the output:
App user: <app_username>
However, when I try to log in using those credentials, I get invalid username/password. Is there something special I need to do on the CLI to get the license manager working?

Hi Samuel,
If you are not sure what the password is for this username, you can use the license management change user password command to change this password.

The CUCM says that license management change user password is an invalid command. The only command that is valid is license management change user name.

Nevermind. I'm running 11.0(1) so the command must have changed. It is now license management reset user password.
