We currently have a test UCCX installed with 12.5.1.11002-481. Currently the Cisco Unified CCX engine is only in partial service. I have tried restarting the service on both GUI and command line but this does not work. I have also carried out utils system restart.
Is it necessary to install this version/patch to get this working ?
Our live systems are on 12.5.1.11002-481 (su2-ES03). I am in a hurry to fix an issue. The config I need to test out is very simple so I was trying to avoid having to install the extra patch but will do so if necessary.
