CAR initial login error

I've installed CAR on CCM 4.2(3)sr1 and after install I'm not possible to login (I use admin/admin account). Each login try ends with internal server error and some java stuff (see attachment). Do you have any ideas how to solve it?

Please don't give me advice: "reinstall CAR", I did it few times.

Hi Piotr,

Have a look at this doc, if it doesn't work, I have read where uninstalling/reinstalling CAR will fix the problem;

I have problem with CAR (art) not CRA. first java error line has this:

at com.cisco.art.general.GenUtil.getLocale(GenUtil.java:1513)

maybe reason is that I have installed Polish locale (4-2-1sr1)?

I looked at classpath anyway and it looks like that:

Classpath=C:\dcdsrvr\libjava\jtracing.jar;C:\dcdsrvr\libjava\ldapbp.jar;C:\dcdsr

vr\libjava\DirUser.jar;C:\Program Files\Cisco\ApplicationJars\Xerces.jar;C:\Prog

try to Configure in the Callmanager Enterprise Service Parameters as Default User Locale=English United States
