Caveats running 10.5(2) on BE6M-M5-K9

Can I expect to run into any issues if I need to temporarily move some servers from a M2 BE to a M5 and keep them on 10.5?  If I will I can move them to another platform altogether and host them there until I can upgrade them to 12.5 on the new hardware.

Not very likely, not that would be directly related to the different hardware at least. However other variations such as configuration in ESXi for the host or version of VMware might have impact.
