Hi guys,
I am getting this error message on CUCM 11.5. Tried restarting CDR file repository manager and agent services but no luck. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi Harpreet,
We are receiving the error both on RTMT and Prime Collaboration Assurance from CUCM 11.5. Not sure if you guys fixed the issue.
