Hi,

If I want to enable CDR apart from the          Under System -> Service Parameters , Is there anything else to do ?

cause sometims the cdr does not show all records.

If I have two servers  (both are active  publisher subscriber ) , do we need to enable for both ?
Is there separate parameters for each device registred in the call manager

for example I don't need CDR for certain devices or lines
is it possible

thanks

CDR has to be enabled PER SERVER

and no, CDR will log ALL calls, this is an all or nothing switch.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply ,

What is the maximum calls can be logged for an extension ?

How to record calls simultaneously to other server  and what server required

Thanks

There is no maximum, but records can only be stored for up to 6 months, or until you fill the DB and records overwrite.

I don't understand your 2nd question, have you reviewed the CDR/CAR documentation???

Hi,

I jsut want upload to cdr records to a syslog server from the cucm ,

Is it possible ?

Thanks

No, but you can use a billing server for that purpose. You'll need to set a SFTP server to receive the flat files.
