I have users who get notified by phone, CER alerts, for 911 calls. If they don't answer the phone it goes to their voice mail. Recently, their voice mail message has the beginning of the message cut off, that is, the phone number that made the 911 call. The message says: "extension xxxx has an emergency...." Now, on the voice mail, the alert message says: "xx has an emergency." If a user picks up the phone, the message is complete. The person with the longer voice mail greeting has more of the alert message cut off. When they shorten their greeting, they get more of the alert message.
Is there something in CER that triggers the alert message too soon? Or, did somthing on Unity change? Of course, everyone insists that nothing changed, but the users who get notified have always had voice mail greetings of 15 - 20 seconds and they had gotten the entire message in their voice mail prior to a few weeks ago. What can I look for here? This is Unity 5.x and CER 2.0.4. Thanks

Hi D.Anthony,
My guess here is that you are seeing the bug listed in the thread below. This issue
manifests itself exactly like your users have noticed It's likely been going on for some
time this way.

Thanks Rob, the description does sound the same. What would trigger this all of a sudden? It was woking OK before, but now the messages are cut off. Thanks.
