CER No Valid Upgrade Options Were Found

Hello, my CER is on system version: 11.5.4.20000-3, I need to upgrade so downloaded UCSInstall_CER_12.5.1.25900-14.sha512.iso

From the release notes it looks like I can do a direct upgrade with no cop file but when attempting to load it says "no valid upgrade options were found" and shows "name does not match any filter pattern" by the iso file. Am I missing something here? Thanks!

For other CVOS systems you need to install a COP file for the system to recognise any files that are signed with the new sha512 keys. Quite likely it is also needed for CER.

Hi Jamie,

Are you mapping the correct folder where the file is located?

Thanks for the reply, yes, it sees the file but says "name does not match any filter pattern" by it

That was it thanks Roger, I wish they would mention that in the release notes.
