CER - Onsite Alert Settings - Bulk Add Onsite Personnel?

Hi everyone, 

How does one go about adding Onsite Alert Settings users in bulk? I have about 69 people that need to be added and I do not see a bulk way of doing this.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no bulk addition available on CER to add onsite alert contact. You will have to add them manually.

I've been installing CER software since it came out and ran on Windows... can someone from Cisco please explain to me why in version 11.5, this is still not possible? What is the technical limitation here?
