None of my IP phones show up that are plugge into Meraki switches MS250. Is there something needed other than SNMP? do i have to call Meraki?

Not sure which CER version you are running but, according to what I see in the Release Notes for CER 15, Meraki switch MS250 is supported. See below:

Have you tried to collect logs from CER to validate what is happening from the CER standpoint?
