CFwdALL Issue

Hi Eveyone

I have an entire office that is having issue with incoming calls from a call forward. The problem they are having is when they forward their desk phones to their cell phones anytime someone calls their desk phone it's coming through to the cell phone as the desk phone number and the last 4 of the caller. For example the office is in Orange County and their number scheme is 949 202 XXXX, so I had 5 people forward their desk phone to their cell and then I called each of them and the number that came across on their cell was 949 202 2066 and what should have came across was 469 841-2066. Would this be something is misconfigured in CUCM or is this something that I would have to talk to my carrier about?

Eric

Your provider may not allow you to send a number that is not owned by that company or on that PRI.
