CGI / Screenshot Auth ?

When on a call with Cisco TAC, it helps to show them a screenshot of what the phone is doing.

or if a user calling for help needs help on phone navigation.

The frustrating part is having to associate that device to my username.

Is there a way to use the CUCM Admin login to authenticate to the CGI/Screenshot for any phone?

Joe,

The CGI URL's are considered private, thus you have to be authenticate with the device to use them.  There is no global user that can do the authentication (not even your UCM admin).
