Change avphgreet file

I wish to change the greeting on the following file:

AVPHGREETENG037 in the following directory

c:\commserver\localise\prompts\eng\g711\avphgreet.

After the section which reports ' record your greeting after the tone..' we wish to add '

alternatively you may press 0 for the operator'

Can this be done ?? is it supported ?? how can it be done,

It can be done, no, it is not TAC supported. When you run an update to the system the changed WAV file will be over written with the system standard WAV file and you'll have to make the change again.

The easiest way to do it is to open that WAV file using the media master control on the SA (i.e. import it in as a greeting for a call handler or the like) tack your additional message onto the end of it and save it off over the file again.

As noted, this change gets wiped out on upgrades so be sure to save your updated file off somewhere for future use.
