Change of Upgarde license to new user

HI

I have a doubt, I ordered a migration licese for the unity connection user from 8.x to 10.x

I order more upgrade license that the existing license count we have in Unity connection.

My doubt is since i ordered extra user migration license ( Standard) from my existing license.

Can i convert those extra license to new license so that i can add it into unity connection.

Since you have already ordered the licenses I would suggest checking with the licensing team by sending an email to licensing@cisco.com.
