This may seem like stupid questions, but I've searched and searched but couldn't find what I was looking for.
1. In IM&P 9.1.1, there is nolonger the option in CUCM -> Licensing to grant the user the IM&P ability, I can't find it anywhere. A little guidance would be nice.
2. In IM&P 8.5, there was a setting to configure the Unity host so Jabber would automatically be configured and not require end user intervention to configure it. We've migrated our Unity server to a new host, with a new IP, and in 9.1.1, I can't find that option anywhere.
