Changing default unity message handling

Once the unity starts to record a voicemail, any button pressed basically triggers the end of message and plays the prompt "to send the message with urgent priority...". How can I change this behaviour so when pressing 0 call will go to a call handler or extension of my choice.

There's currently no option to customize the key behavior during the record - any key is just treated as a terminating event and thrown away.
