Changing Users Exchange Mailbox w/o Recording New Name

Is there a way to change a users mailbox store without deleting and recreating the user? We have a situation where we have to create new mailboxes for users and I am looking for a way where the users do not have to rerecord there name and such. I am running Unity 4.0(2). Thanks...

Check out the Migrate Subscirber Data tool:

It's designed to move Unity data from one mail account to another for just such a scenario - there's a help file and training video out there that should give you an idea of how it works and what it does.
