Cisco 8851 phones, Lync 2013 and Presence 9.1

We recently upgraded the phones in one of our smaller offices. They went from 7960s to 8851s. We've updated all the user pages and the Lync server with the new MAC addresses but still can't get phone status information in the Lync client while using RCC. Since the 8851s are SIP, is there anything I should be checking?

Hi Jim,

Can you check if the following roles are assigned to the end users

"Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Conf and Xfer"

“"Allow CTI Allow control of all devices"

"Standard CTI enabled"
