Cisco AXL Web Service[STOPPED] Component is not running

Hi Guys

I installed CUCM version 8.6.2.

My issue is I cannot get  AXL Web service to run even trying to start and restart ( Deactivate and Activate ) it is still not running.

Can anyone assist on how I can make this run?

Can you check if your tomcat certificates are still valid or not. If they are expired, then regenerate them followed by restart of Cisco Tomcat and then try to start the AXL service.

I tried regenerating new Cert and restarting Cisco Tomcat but still it is not working.

Any other suggestion?

James, in that case can you check the replication status of your CM cluster in case you have subscribers there as well and ensure it is in good shape. Also, can you provide the output of utils service list and check if there are any other services which are not started or in other bad state.

Hi Deepak.

I do not have a subscriber installed, this is a fresh install. I am trying to configure CCX but since AXL web app is not running on CUCM it's not working.

I have attached service list on this as well.
