We are experience an issue with one AA application.
It was working fine but yesterday it stopped. We are no longer able to heard the welcome prompt.

We have reload the router and configure all the service again but we were not lucky to make it work again.
I also reload the services but nothing work.
Do someone has experienced the same issue and how did you solve it?
