Hi,
I have purchased a CP8831 phone. After installing with my network it shown "Not Registered". So how can I register this phone? What does need for that? Need any License or any Firmware, etc. So that I can make a call. Please explain in detail.

this should help you understand how phone registers and needs to be configured.

First thing, have you even added the device to Call Manager?
Logged into CUCM Administration - gone to Device - Phone and add new?
