Cisco CP8831 installation and Registraion for making a call (Urgent)

Hi,

I have purchased a CP8831 phone. After installing with my network it shown "Not Registered". So how can I register this phone? What does need for that? Need any License or any Firmware, etc. So that I can make a call. Please explain in detail.
