Cisco CUAC showing only red crosses for phones status

Hello,

I have the following scenario:

- CUCM 10.5.2

- CUAC 10.5.2.10-15

- DN: 4 digits

- Using +E.164 alternate number for every DN

- Local users with with +E.164 as telephone number

In this scenario every contact's phone is displayed as red cross. Is there any way to force CUAC to look for DN status by searching for its associated +E.164 number?

V11.x of CUAC-Advanced introduced the ability to configure BLF rules for customers to accommodate any numbering schematic within the console directory.
