Can cisco CUCM running under Hyper-V?

Cisco Collaboration applications do not support hypervisors that are not VMware vSphere ESXi (e.g. Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix Xen, Red Hat Virtualization, etc. are not supported)

How if we install the CUCM under vSphere then we do VM backup, then restore the VM to the Hyper-V. It will work?

No.

CUCM runs exclusively on VMware and cannot be installed on any other virtualization platform at present.

I noticed you have another post in the community about a fresh install with data export for CUCM. I'm guessing you might be unfamiliar with CUCM. Since you are planning a migration, I recommend involving a local partner who specializes in collaboration solutions.

As already recommended, NO, even if you tried TAC wont support it.

No it is not.

but actually now my cucm version 15 already running under hyper-v including the expressway, unity and all other components.

Well that it can run on other virtualisation platforms doesn’t mean that it’s supported by Cisco. If you ever need help from TAC you’ll be ineligible.
