Cisco Door Phone

Hi ,

here we do have scenario of 43 Ext of cisco express( Router 2911, Switch PoE 48 Port, 1 FXO card, and phones 7945, 7942)

and now we want to add 3 Door phones and connect it to our CME .

what we need to do that ?
