Cisco DRF Failure

Dear All,

Anybody came across the below error message for backup? If anybody have any suggestion to fix this issue, Please let me know.

CiscoDRFFailure Reason : Unable to access SFTP server or SFTP server too slow to  respond. AppID : Cisco DRF Master ClusterID : NodeID : unity02.

I have seen this when the SFTP service is not running on the backup server or when you have configured the SFTP server to only accept connections from specific IP addresses. Also be sure that you are using SFTP, not an FTPS server. This is not FTP!
