Cisco Enteprise Attd Console - Version 8.6.2.11
The operator is taking calls but occasionally gets a message, "Unable to answer call. The following error was returned Invalid State."
She is able to close the window but it keeps happening.

Hi Leah,
On the Operator's PC go to Start--Run--Regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arc Solutions\Call Connect\Operator\Defaults\Directransfers. Change this value to "ALL"

Hi,
customer is facing the same issue as described. Did solved the change the problem ?
If I change the regedit should I restart the Attendant Console Server as well ?
